CEOs Against Cancer is an influential group of corporate and business leaders that have the passion, expertise and resources needed to change the course of cancer in our workplaces, communities and beyond. Members of CEOs Against Cancer collaborate and leverage their influence to raise awareness and funding to lead the fight for a world without cancer.
You are part of an elite group of leaders in Missouri that partners with the American Cancer Society to have an impact on the lives of cancer patients and provide valuable best practices to prevent cancer within our employee base.
Please read the following information so we can properly welcome you to the Chapter.
By becoming a member of the CEOs Against Cancer of Missouri - St. Louis Chapter, you agreed to the following requirements:
Attending two meetings a year: one annual meeting in January and one business meeting in June
Annual Meeting: January 2023 (Date/Location TBA)
Business Meeting: June 15th, 2022 @ World Wide Technology HQ 7:30 am - 9:00 am

Appoint an executive liaison to help facilitate the goals & objectives of the Chapter with the American Cancer Society through executive leadership, health & wellness, employee engagement, and other Chapter specific goals. We encourage the executive liaison to be somoeone that has the authority to act on behalf of you and the company.

Goals of the CEOs Against Cancer of Missouri - St. Louis Chapter
In January 2022, the CEO Chapter members discussed and approved the following 2022 Chapter Goals. Beginning in 2023, we will revert back to a three year goal plan.

Each Chapter Member company conduct a campaign to educate and encourage your workforce to get their cancer preventive screenings

Participate in Fit2BeCancerFree by 22 Chapter Members signing up for the one day Step Challenge and engaging their company in the three week employee challenge. (Deadline, April 1st)

Appoint employee leaders within your company to the following Host Committees (Click Here for description)

1 employee on the Champions of Hope Gala Host Committee

1 employee on the Making Strides Against Breast Cancer Host Committee

Consider a $5,000 - $10,000 contribution (on top of already engaged opportunities) to be used towards a Statewide Get Screened Media Campaign (Deadline April 22nd)
